E-Resources and Articles just for DC HRP team The Joseph P. Kennedy, Jr. Foundation created an introductory
guide on how policy, focused on people with IHI's work with the Institute for Family Centered Care and
the RWJ Foundation and titled "Partnering
with Patients and Families to Design a Patient- and Family-Centered
Health Care System: A Roadmap for the Future". An article in the
Washington Post (July 6, 2006) described a gene mutation that
may be responsible for the development of mental decline, such
as Alzheimer's
disease, in persons with Down syndrome. The article is based
on research published in the journal Neuron, here is a copy just
